I am lucky enough to live in (mostly) Sunny California, so you won’t hear any weather complaints from me. However, when I see wet-weather gear like these too-cute-for words Nova Plaid Rain Boots, it makes me (temporarily, mind you!) want to live in Seattle or some other rainy climate.
