Target continues to knock off expensive trend items such as the twisted stool currently found in the Viva Terra catalog and at Grandin Road. Target's version, the Acacia Twisted Stool (10 inches square and 18 inches tall) is part of its temporary Home Design Event, available now in stores and online. Target's stool is just $63 on sale this week (regularly $90), while Viva Terra and Grandin Road sell slightly wider and taller versions for $195 and $299, respectively. All have the double helix appearance. I would recommend trying to find one at your local Target store, because try as I might, I couldn’t find it online. And I’d find it fast, since the Home Design Event is a limited-time, six-week affair (which is already about halfway over…).
