The second wave of Josie Natori for Target has hit stores and Target.com. As I reported back in October, the first wave was the holiday collection (which is now on clearance) and this second wave is Valentine's Day-themed. This installment seems heavy on the florals and pastels, and I've noticed that Target is doing a much better job this time around at promoting the line in stores with a dedicated rack and signage.

At my store, there is so little, which I find odd. But then maybe it's because I've bought so much! But seriously, there are four "arms" on one hanging thing (I love my explanation. Sorry). I thought there would be so, so much more.
