Starting today, all Easter items left in Target stores will be 50% off. Obviously the usual rules apply… quantities limited, no rain checks, no price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise, and selection and prices may vary by store.

I guess this isn't really a problem, since it just shows how well Target can manage its inventory, but the Easter candy was pretty much wiped out at my Target on Saturday. A friend in another state noted the same thing, and concurred that Halloween was a similar situation. For people who look forward to half-price candy, it's disappointing.
Interesting, Lola. Maybe it depends on the particular store, as I remember after X-mas there was still a lot of candy left at the Target store near my work but virtually NOTHING left at the one near my house.
Maybe some areas just have more Target bargain hunters :o)
