It’s pick of the week time: every Sunday I pick one great buy from Target's Weekly Ad (in Sunday's newspaper) and highlight it here.

This week’s pick might seem a bit odd if you’ve never seen one of these things. It’s a Bosu Balance Ball – and yes, it’s basically a fitness ball cut in half with a no-skid base on the bottom. Looks peculiar, but let me tell you, does it give you a great workout! I was skeptical myself until I tried it in the gym, and then I just had to buy one.
