It's time for another double-take, where we take one item from Tar-jay and pair it up with a similar designer piece. This time we look at two ruffled tank tops is lovely shades of sea green....only one is from Banana Republic, and will cost you almost $70, whereas the other is from Xhilaration (at Target) and is only $14.99.
Now to be fair: the BR one is pure silk, whereas the Xhilaration one is poly/rayon. But does that really justify a $55 price difference? The answer to which one is which appears in the comments section.
