Attention all Harajuki Girls! Target's next design collaborator is noneother than Gwen Stefani! But before all you hipsters get too excited, she'll actually be designing a children's line - not women's wear. The upcoming collection (launching in November) will be called Harajuku Mini for Target, and will feature a price range from $3.99 - $29.99.
