Target has launched a new section on its website called StyleBoutique, with tips & tricks on how to be a "Frugalista". The site also has weekly videos featuring Nina Garcia, Fashion Director for Marie Claire magazine and judge on Project Runway.In this week's video, Nina helps Target shopper Quiona put together a fashionable yet frugal outfit. Of course, it helps that Quiona is tall, leggy and beautiful! Check out the video here, and watch the site for a new one each Friday.
