It's Pick of the Week time: each week I pick one great buy from Target's Weekly Ad (in the Sunday newspaper) and highlight it here on my blog. Today's pick is one of those simple summer pleasures we can all enjoy, even on a budget: ice cream! And Target is running a sale this week on Dreyer's brand ice cream (selected flavors) on three 1.5qt packs for just $8. Just in time to stock up for the 4th of July this week; can you believe Independence Day is here already??

Also, as predicted on my blog back in May, Tracy Feith has gone on clearance at Target.

Thanks, Recessionista! I have seen the Feith on clearance too BUT at my Target stores there are scant few pieces left. Meaning the line really did sell out (muu muus and all!) ;-)
