Racked.com is reporting that
Target has released more pictures from its upcoming collection from
Tracy Feith, which debuts in stores on May 17th. But I dunno... I'm just not feeling this Crazy Daisy Print top (yes, that's really the name!) nor the matching skirt, nor comprehending WHY they would put both these pieces together in such a matchy-matchy way. I mean, why not just make this into a dress instead? And don't even get me started on the black anklet socks with silver sandals...

I am with you! Crazy Daisy? That was a Corelle/Pyrex print (and they are way cuter than the dress)!
I have been pretty dissapointed with their designer clothing lines lately :(
I'm definitely not thrilled with that dress and agree with Shelley that their designer lines have been a bit on the weak side lately. Let's hope things turn around soon! Thankfully the Target staples like Mossimo and Xhileration are still going strong.
On another note, I really love your blog (almost as much as I love Target). I've linked to it on my site, too. http://www.examiner.com/x-6243-Phoenix-Budget-Fashion-Examiner
Yes, I am NOT feeling this one. I wanted to get excited about this collection, but I haven't seen anything in the pics that I just love.
Also, why, why is everything SO short? Not everyone wants a thigh lenght, er, dress :)
The Recessionista
The store nearest where I work cheated and put the clothes out already. Some of it is already gone but honestly, this line is one big MEH. Some of the dresses would be cuter if the skirts weren't so damn short. The only standout for me was the embroidered black dress but the only one left was a small. And even on that one, the lace kinda looked cheap.
The Mossimo stuff across the aisle was a million times better. I noticed women were crawling over the racks.
Thanks for the "preview", Becky! My Target also put out some of the Tracy Feith stuff early, and I'll be writing my own review today. MEH indeed!
