The Look for Less: Target vs. Paper Source

Kudos to eagle-eye reader Cotton Candy for the inspiration for this post. You could buy the Push Pop Reusable Confetti Popper at Paper Source (shown here at left) for $9.99 each. This re-usable push-pop contains a mix of paper and foil confetti, and once popped, can be reloaded it to use it again and again. Or you could head over to the Dollar Aisle at Target, where their version of the "Confetti Popper" (shown on the right, and also reusable) is a bit smaller but costs just $1 each!
