Double-Take: Adesso vs. Threshold
It's time for another double-take, where we take one item from Tar-jay and match it up against a similar - yet pricier - designer piece. Today we're eyeing two jumbo architect-style floor lamps. But one of these industrial-inspired lamps is from Adesso (via Houzz) and will set you back $330, whereas the other is from Threshold (at Target) and only costs $99.99. Which one is which? The lamp on the left is from Threshold (and also comes in black and white, in addition to silver finish as shown) and the lamp on the right is from Adesso.
Land of Nod also carries a similar lamp in white and green. I bought the Target one on sale and painted it green. Saving myself $240.
