I've written about "holiday creep" many times on my blog before: how
Target barely gets over one holiday without moving to another. And
consistent with last year, Target already has Valentine's Day merchandise out just a few days after Christmas, as shown by this heart-themed endcap I spied in the Baby Department yesterday.

One step ahead of you guys. I work at a department store, and I put Easter stuff out yesterday. I had already had it in back for at least 2 weeks. Valentine's and Saint Patrick's have been out for about a month. Sigh. I wish we could slow down this holiday creep too!
Funny how Target has finally started to do this with Valentine's day. Just a few years ago, Target wouldn't put out any Valentine's stuff out FOREVER! All they would have out is "Dollar Day" stuff, so while I don't like seeing it out this early, at least it isn't out the last week of January/first week of Feb. like in the past. Has anyone else noticed this?
