More scoop from our friends at Racked.com: Richard Chai's new Go International collection was spotted over the weekend at a Target store in New Jersey... even though his clothing line isn't supposed to debut in stores until this Sunday (August 3rd). This seems to be becoming a trend with Target; first they debuted the Botiker bags early, and now Chai's collection.
