No official post today, just a brief thought: last night the hubby and I went to a party hosted by old friends, and their pastor was there. Before we ate, he gave a blessing. A newborn baby was in attendence, and he simply said "Let's give thanks for the birth of this new child, as we also give thanks for the birth of this great nation of ours". Have a happy and safe Independence Day!
