To be honest, I think that Target's Skincare/Bath/Beauty section is already pretty crowded, so I'm a bit mystified as to why they'd introduce more brands into the mix. My best guess is that they are "road testing" these three labels, and whichever one "sticks" and does well will become a Target house brand (like Archer Farms in the Food aisle).
