WOW -- makes sense to do it before the holidays, but thought they would start with 30% first. YAY for me!

Does anyone know if the prices were also slashed in store?

Yes! This is what the prices should have been from the start.

Agreed, this is what the prices should have been in the first place.

There are a couple of things I might would consider. I like the sweatshirt and the Christmas ornaments. I also agree, these are the prices they should have started with. I'd hate to be in the boardroom when they do the post mortem on this collaboration.

Hmmmmmm I might actually buy something now. I dont think ANY of it has sold at full price at my local Target.

I ran out to buy the men's Rag & Bone Cardigan this morning - but no one was buying and there were several left- so no need to run! I wonder if these will make it to 70% off??? I love my new cardigan though!

I wanted the Leila Rose dress, but the fit is all wrong on me. Too bad. I did grab a Marc Jacobs clutch!

Thanks for letting us know! I rebought the Lela Rose dress and proenza sweatshirt plus the Atwood gloves (gorgeous) and Altazurra tray. Still like the Marc Jacobs scarf but they had a million of them so I'm waiting it out

When I went to my local store they were still fully stocked, even with the price cut. I still didn’t buy anything but there were a few things I looked at more closely with the lower prices.

I just bought the Robert Rodriguez blouse for my daughter. I wanted to get her the lace black dress as well, but I think she love this one the best. Everything else, I really didn't want.

I'm still kinda glad that the prices were high, because it deterred the e-bay folks! I finally got to see the whole collection, before it was swiped away!
We have a brand new NM in our town, and it was odd to see these pieces in there. They even used the Target plastic hangers!!! It was fully stocked there also. Oddly the items looked better though in NM, because of the quality.

I just bought two items today because of the sale -- the R&B cardigan and the PS sweatshirt. Would not have bought either at full retail. The 50 off sale was a (nice) big surprise!

Even at 50% off, some of this is note worth it. So disappointed in the Altuzarra cocktail shaker. It's impossible to get the lid of! My brother had to ply it off ! It ruined our Christmas eve cocktails. For $25.00, you can buy a shaker that WORKS.

I got the dessert plates after they had been marked down. I'm holding out to see if there will be another round of discounts before I get anything else.

Mary, how disappointing about the cocktail shaker!

And Julia: good idea, although I'm not sure Target will be further slashing prices on this collab. They should, though, because as I blogged today, there still seems to be a LOT of inventory online.

Thank you for the quick notice on this, Target Addict! Thank goodness most of my stuff was purchased online and I could print out the receipt for store credit (at the least) or cash (at the most) so I didn't feel like a chump on some gifts I gave out! As everyone agrees, this is where the prices should have been to begin with. The only things I got burned full price for were the gloves (which I felt were nice even for the original price), the Jason Wu ornaments, and the wrapping paper (receipt's in Cali, and I'm in blizzardy Indiana). I will say that some of the merchandise has moved off the shelves over the past few days in Indiana (shocking) - and several appear to be sold out now. The gloves, plates, and sweatshirt are gone from several stores.
