Many thanks to Lara over at the Piewacket blog for turning me on to a new Target find: Bay’s English Muffins. They are only sold at select Target stores - those that have a full grocery section, like the one I blogged about last month. And true to Lara’s word, they toast up crispy outside and soft & chewy inside… truly a yummy morning delight. My favorite way to eat them is toasted with a little butter plus homemade jam from our local farmer's market.

We love these, they have had them for awhile. My mum buys them everyweek!
I love Bays, too. My newly remodeled Target has the food, meat, fruits, etc. But my grocery sells these as well. The best English Muffins in my opinion!
