Some people are addicted to love. Others are addicted to drugs. I'm addicted to Target. Seriously....

Double-Take: Merona vs. Steve Madden
It's time for another double-take, where we take one item from Tar-shay and match it up against a lookalike - yet pricier - designer piece. And kudos to The Budget Babe for the inspiration for this one. Today we're looking at two veeeerrrrry similar nude-colored flat sandals, both with an almost identical gold bow motif on top. But one of these beauties is from Steve Madden and will set you back almost $50, while the other one is from Merona (at Target) and costs only $19.99. Which one is which? The answer appears in the comments section below.

The sandals on the left are by Steve Madden, and the ones on the right are by Merona.
Yeah! Your back! Was so worried you were going to hang it all up!
Keep ranting and maby they will listen.
Both these sandals look like a copy of a pair by Kate Spade
Yes, please don't go! I love your blog. These sandals are super cute and I actually like the Merona ones more.
Me too, glad you didn't give up on the blog!
Thanks readers! Yes, I have posted an update to my May 22 entry, explaining that I finally convinced Target that I'm not a "reseller" :-)
Kate Spade also did a version of this same sandal. It was called the "Tracie" and it was around $175
I thought you may be interested in these wedges....I just ordered the ones from Target.. then saw the exact same ones at Macy's. Love finding that!
