The Dollar Aisle at
Target is now offering premium-looking greeting cards for just $1 each. All are blank inside, allowing you to write your own sentiment. As shown here, the selection is pretty much limited to "Happy Birthday" and "Yay!", but I'm planning to stock up on the "Yay!" ones to have on hand for a variety of occasions to wish 'congrats'.
