The new Oh Joy! for Target summer line lets you give your home's indoor and outdoor spaces an easy makeover with cheerful colors, patterns and memorable accent pieces. Key pieces include an orange slice salt and pepper shaker, a bright, brush-printed ceramic bowl with a gold rim, and a two-tier circular bar cart (which I've already seen in editorial spreads in several popular magazines).
“With summer in the air, I was inspired by bright florals, juicy citrus trees and thoughts of being by the ocean all summer long,” says Joy. “From the bright glasses and bowls to the heart-shaped platters and the super-fun bar cart, all the products were designed with summer entertaining in mind.”
You can view more pics from the new Oh Joy! for Target summer collection here on a Bullseye View.
Some people are addicted to love. Others are addicted to drugs. I'm addicted to Target. Seriously....

Coming Soon to Target: Superga Sneakers
Target is partnering with the iconic sneaker brand Superga for a limited edition, exclusive collection. Two silhouettes and five styles will debut next week—all exclusive to Target—inspired by the classic Superga look, with a few updates: a lightweight canvas material to keep the sneaks easy and breezy for summer, a lower profile outsole and patriotic prints you can rock during those upcoming 4th of July festivities. Look for Superga for Target starting June 26th.
Clearance Alert: Marimekko Clothing
It looks like womens clothing from the Marimekko for Target collection has FINALLY gone on clearance. Online those items that are left (like this terrycloth dress) are marked down by 30%, but in stores I've seen it up to 70% off. Of course, by now it's pretty slim pickings as far size and style selections are concerned, but you may score something on the clearance rack if you're lucky.

Consumer Alert: Frozen Food Recall Includes Target
Nearly two months after CRF Frozen Foods set off a massive recall of vegetables thought to be contaminated with listeria and linked to at least two deaths and eight illnesses, a second frozen vegetable supplier — National Frozen Food Corp. — has initiated a separate recall over listeria concerns.
The National Frozen Food Corp. announced yesterday that it would voluntarily recall ready-to-eat frozen peas and mixed vegetables packaged for a variety of retailers after finding the products may be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes.
“The frozen green peas and frozen mixed vegetables are being recalled as a precaution with the health and safety of consumers as top priority,” the company says in a statement. National Frozen Food Corp. initiated the recall after a sample tested by the company revealed that the finished products may potentially be contaminated with the bacteria.
The recalled products were sold under retailers’ store brands including Walmart’s Great Value and Target’s Market Pantry. Other affected brands include Bountiful Harvest, First Street, Live Smart, and Sprout.
The products were sold between September 2, 2015 and June 2, 2016. The recalled products can be identified by the date codes printed on the back of the retail sized bag or the side of the master case, and a list of the affected codes can be found here on Consumerist. Customers who purchased the vegetables should not consume the products and can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Fab Find: "Stuff" Canister
In the Bath Aisle at Target the other day I spied this adorable canister labeled "stuff". The one I saw was actually in white, but I thought the gray one would show up better here. They also have another version labeled "things" (again, in white or gray) and it struck me that these would make wonderful caddies to store your essentials anywhere in the house, not just the bathroom.

Clearance Alert: Select Rimmel Lipsticks
Today at Target I was delighted to see that selected shades of Rimmel's Moisture Renew Lipstick were on clearance, like the shimmery nude shown here called "Summer Angel". If you're not familiar with this lipstick, it is very highly rated on Target.com for being lightweight, lasting, and moisturizing. I already own several, and today picked up this shade as well as a red hue called "Hot Lips".
This sale is limited to stores only (not on Target.com) with select shades marked down to $2.74 (regularly $5.49). I am wondering if the discounted shades are to be discontinued - ?

Clearance Alert: More Home Decor
For the second time in a span of only two weeks, my local Target store has put brand new home decor on clearance just a short time after initially putting it out on the store floor. I'm not sure if this is due to the fact that my particular store is going through a remodel (and thus they want to cycle through merchandise more quickly than usual) or if Target ordered more home decor this season than they knew what to do with. If your store is following the same model, look for markdowns between 30-50% off this weekend.

Fab Find: Dollar Aisle Journals
The other day in Target's Dollar Aisle I found the cutest hardcover, pastel-colored journals (shown here). Each one has an inspirational message on the front, like "The Impossible Is Possible", "Wake Up And Be Awesome" and "Do What You Love." And best of all, they're just $3 each!

Further Markdowns: Select Marimekko on Target.com
A month ago I alerted you that select Marimekko items had been marked down on Target.com. Today it looks like fewer items are available for order online, but those that are seem to be marked down dramatically. Like this Harka throw blanket (shown) marked down 70% at just $8.98 (regularly $29.99). There's also a cute kid's gardening set for just $5.98 and a bocce ball set for only $29.99 (regularly $99!). It looks like most of the girls clothing is now marked down to 50-70% off as well.
Sale Alert: Cosmetics BOGO at Target
Target is having a 'buy one, get one 25% off deal' this week in stores on cosmetics. You can mix and match items across all brands, excluding Laneige and nail colors. The lower-priced product will be 25% off, and quantities limited (with no rain checks).

The Look for Less: Made Goods vs. Safavieh at Target
Beachy motifs are plentiful in home decor for summer, like these two coral-based table lamps. You could splurge on the Made Goods "Naia" version shown on the left for a whopping $450. Or you could make a much wiser buy and get a set of two of the Safavieh "Nikiti" version (on Target.com, shown at right) for just $121!

Consumer Alert: Recall of Cra-Z-Art Products
Consumerist reports that an investigation by New York state’s attorney general turned up craft kits marketed to children with 10 times the acceptable level of lead. While state attorneys general don’t have the power to order a recall, the AG forwarded the information to the Consumer Products Safety Commission and the distributors and retailers of the product, and now the distributor announced a recall of the craft kits.
One of the recalled kits - the “My Look” Ultimate Gem Machine - was exclusive to Target. Other kits under the Cra-Z-Art brand (like the one shown here) have been sold at retailers like Toys “R” Us, Walmart, and Amazon.com.
If you have any of these kits in your house, the CPSC asks that you “immediately take these products away from children,” which includes any slider bracelets made using the kit, since the bracelet is the item that was shown to have a dramatically high level of lead.
