eBay is running a special promotion right now by selling gift cards from major retailers - like
Target - at a discount. Granted, the discount for Target isn't huge - they're selling

That amounts to a 5% discount, which is what us redcard users get everyday. So, it's like a temporary redcard? Hmmm.
