Double-Take: Target vs. Urban Outfitters

It's time for another double-take, where we take one item from The Bullseye and match it up against a lookalike (yet more expensive) piece.  These two tree-motif shower curtains truly do look alike, don't they?  Only one of them is from Urban Outfitters and costs $44, whereas the other one is from Target and is priced a bit less at $39.99.  Which one is which?  The answer appears in the comments section below.

    The shower curtain on the left is the one from Urban Outfitters, and the one on the right is from Target.

    I think they are one in the same, and Target sells it for 4 bucks cheaper. The motif is identical.

    Wow, how do you spell knock off?
    I'm surprised Target doesn't get sued more often. I know Coach & DVF have both bought legal action against them for stuff like this!

    I wonder if it is an image in the public domain, so when Urban Outfitters made theirs they didn't need to pay royalties for the artwork, so Target jumped on board. Similar to the Stay Calm and Carry On image that was seen EVERYWHERE.
