Target is voluntarily recalling 43,000
Circo Booster Seats (pictured at left).
The Consumer Product and Safety Commission says the seat’s restraint buckle can open unexpectedly, allowing a child to fall. So far, Target has received eight reports of the buckle coming undone resulting in three injuries.
The chairs were sold at Target stores nationwide from December 2008 through June 2009 for about $13. Consumers can return the seats to any Target store for a full refund. For more information, call Target at (800) 440-0680 or go to http://www.target.com.
