This was definitely a bad move on Targets behalf.CRibbitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01837122308475094998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634764039639011700.post-63301443226970948552009-07-17T08:55:10.404-07:002009-07-17T08:55:10.404-07:00to answer that... That commercial would air way more times and generate more $ than some stupid fashion show seen in the background of a teen/preteen soap opera!Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14634157239022619866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634764039639011700.post-46012652430293990642009-07-16T20:41:44.285-07:002009-07-16T20:41:44.285-07:00Thanks for weighing in, readers! I mean, her designs can certainly stand on their own; they don't need the TV tie-in.Target Addicthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10579982572388150784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634764039639011700.post-47754775852881392732009-07-16T19:57:45.975-07:002009-07-16T19:57:45.975-07:00I haven't seen the show, but have read a book ...I haven't seen the show, but have read a book to see all of the fuss. Sure it draws a lot of the demographic advertisers want, but it doesn't have "America's Got Talent" kind of ratings either. If anything, "Gossip Girl" needs Target more than Target needs it.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03490829350878596390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634764039639011700.post-45324739449135024142009-07-16T08:32:31.445-07:002009-07-16T08:32:31.445-07:00"It’s Target’s loss, because the line would h..."It’s Target’s loss, because the line would have sold better if it had played a part in the show"

I have never watched the show and I have no interest in it...
